Welcome to First Baptist Church Kingsland page. Lifting up Jesus Christ is what we are all about. He said in John 12:32, "And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people unto myself." We desire to lift up Jesus Christ by the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit for the glory of God our Father!

We do this when we worship as we focus on Him and not ourselves. He is our only target. We do this in our family groups as we study the Bible. We want to become like Jesus in every way as we learn His ways. We do this in our missions/ministry activities. No matter where we go or what we do, it is from Him, by Him, through Him, and for Him. We do this in our House of Prayer Ministry, as we enter into His presence throughout the week in His prayer room (the church building) where we seek Him, listen to Him, praise Him, intercede with Him, and keep our eyes on Him in prayer.

Our prayer for you is that you will see, hear, and receive Jesus Christ today. His desire is to live His Life in you, through you, and as you before His Father and the watching world!.
