The words are timeless, the music proclaims the majesty of our Risen Lord.  Our very rich heritage of Christian hymnody is celebrated each Sunday at First Baptist Church.

With enthusiastic piano and organ, this service is known for singing that "raises the roof".  Our Worship Choir sings in most services, with exciting and inspiring anthems.  We often have solos, quartets and other special music providers that join in.

A key to this service is participation.  Many people are involved in the music ministry:

• Worship Choir is open to all.  Meeting at 6:00pm on Wednesday evenings, we pray, share and sing our hearts out.  With an active social calendar, worship choir is an important part of many people in the community.
• Special Music providers are always considered for our services, whether singers or instrumentalists.
• Support ministry is crucial.  Many are behind the scenes, working sound, projection, etc.
